Unfortunately due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic we have had to make some changes. The good news is our laboratory is still accepting samples and processing results.
However we have had to make some slight changes which can be found below:
- Our test clinic is currently closed so any purchases for the clinic visit can only take place when it has reopened. Unfortunately, this will only be when the government lifts the current lockdown restrictions and therefore we cannot provide a reopening date.
- The Home test kit is still available however we highly recommend verifying firstly, if you will have a phlebotomist in your area that is currently open to the public and would be able to extract your sample for you and secondly, if you choose to place your own booking with a shipping company to send your samples to our laboratory PLEASE check with them prior to booking and verify if their express shipping service is still fully operational. We have had many customers whose samples were delayed due to the covid-19 pandemic and unfortunately they arrived at the lab too late and were no longer valid.
