Where is my order?
We ship your testing kit using Royal Mail first class so it should be with you in 1-2 days. If it has not arrived after 3 days please contact us on email@example.com
Please note customers are responsible for any customs and tax charges for their order.
What is my tracking number?
Tracking will be provided to you by the company selected to ship your blood samples. This number will be given to you when your package is sent off.
If you need to makes changes to your order you will need to contact us within 24 hours of placing the order.
- You must contact us within 24 hours.
- We cannot cancel your order once your blood sample has been collected.

My Item Arrived Damaged
We do ship every item with extra padding. Despite this, our customers report that around 1 in 1000 products arrive damaged due to mail service mistreatment.
If this happens to you, please reach out with:
- Your order number.
- A picture of the damaged product.
Once received, we'll be happy to send out another free of charge.
